As we prepare for 2007, I decided to create this blog not for the mere purpose of marketing but to communicate with the general public and exchange ideas.
I am a big believer that the real estate market is most importantly about the people in addition to structures and construction on top of land. In the daily course of my business, I encounter numerous individuals completely misinformed about real estate in general and I feel it is our responsibility as real estate professionals to educate our clients, prospects and the general public on the current events that affect our communities and their values.
